A relaxed atmosphere is adopted in order to facilitate the correct learning environment. Students of all levels of proficiency practise together because:
- Basics are encouraged in all lessons;
- In the real world attacks come from people with different strengths and speeds, so it is important to educate one’s body accordingly.

Shobu Aikido Clubs run 7 classes during week days of various skill mixes at:


Barrow:- St Matthews Hall, Highfield Road (just off Abbey Road), Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria.
